Welcome to the New Entrepreneurs’ Hiring Bootcamp

In this program, we’ll demystify the hiring process and get you on your way to growing your business and building the life of your dreams.

Before we start the course, there is some homework you need to do.

It has been my experience – and the experience of many of my colleagues – that if you don’t know what you will do with time that has been freed up by hiring your Superstar, the time will slip away and, in the end, you’ll have nothing concrete to show for it.

In this pre-course module I’ll walk you through determining what you will do with the time your new hire will give back to you, so you can hit the ground running when the opportunity arises.

In Module 1 we’ll talk about the things you need to keep in mind when hiring your first professional team, independent contractors and employees. We’ll also walk through an exercise to determine what your first hire(s) would do.

In Module 2 we’ll get into the nuts and bolts of searching for, screening, interviewing, checking and hiring your first employees.

In Module 3 we’ll review tips on orienting, onboarding, managing and terminating employees.

We’re really excited to help you with this material.

Let’s get started!
